Job Description
Braintree PD isn't just hiring — they’re selecting. Thinkers. Doers. Finishers. Officers ready to act fast and police smart.
As a Hybrid Pathway agency, we're hiring 50% of our new officers directly through getbadged. That means experienced officers like you don’t sit around waiting for momentum. You step into it.
The Town of Braintree is a high-activity community where retail, transit, and residential life collide — creating a policing environment that demands skill, judgment, and initiative. If you’re ready for a department that trusts you to work, not just watch… keep reading.
This is not a “sit-in-the-car-until-you-make-time” kind of agency. This is real policing, in a high-energy city with:
- Major retail + entertainment zones
- Heavy public foot traffic and fast-moving calls
- Diverse community engagement
- Tactical work you don’t wait years to earn
Your next move should move you forward. If you’re ready to transfer somewhere that sees your potential and puts you in a position to use it — this is your shot.
