Home to Wachusett Mountain and 3,500 residents, Princeton offers the balance of rural calm and real policing challenges — all within a supportive team that’s got your back.

Why Join Princeton Police Department:

  • Progressive, non-Civil Service Agency: Collaborates closely with public safety colleagues and community stakeholders.
  • Supportive Community: Princeton, a safe town of 3,500 residents, located in a scenic 36 sq. mile area of Worcester County.
  • Work Environment: Small, close-knit team of 14 sworn officers and one administrative assistant.
  • Close Collaboration: Strong ties with surrounding communities and state agencies ensure dynamic and varied work experiences.
  • Community-Oriented:  Residents are supportive of public safety efforts and engaged with local law enforcement.
  • Scenic Location: Princeton is home to Wachusett Mountain and offers year-round outdoor activities.

Join a department that values your experience — and your integrity. Your next chapter starts at the Princeton PD — make it one worth talking about.
